World Space Week, Oct 4-10, is the annual global space celebration. With public and school activities around the world, it is coordinated by Spaceweek International Association cooperating with the United Nations. A global network of organizations and individuals coordinates this annual event at the national and local levels. In Brazil we have, among others events, a “Thematic Day About Spaceweek ” with exposition of models about astronautics and a presentation about the history of space exploration. The activies are organized and supported by The Planetary Society - Brasil and the Brazil Aerospace Association (AAB).
